Massages that help sleep:
Facial Massage
Use middle finger pulp, from bottom to up, alternately massage forehead and the area between two brows 30 times, and then along the eyebrows massage on the upper bone and temple area 30 times each.
Ear Massage
Clip ear with thumb and index finger, following its shape and massage the auricle from top to bottom 30 times, and then rub the bilateral earlobe 30 times until turning red and hot.
Neck Massage
Use index finger gently press lower area behind the ear 30 times, and then gently pinch neck on the back 30 times.
Kidney Massage
Pat the waist with hands in kidney area 90 times, which would help relieve lower back muscle tension and stimulate the normalization of kidney function.
Sole Massage
After submerging your feet in a bucket of hot water for a while at night, use thumb rubbing the feet pressure point called ‘Yongquan’ 90 times, which would help enhance the liver function and a good night sleep.
Abdominal Massage
